The Best Makeup Product that is not Expensive?
Expensive / Cheap is depend on what’s you earned for month and how you prioritize something. If you mean affordable price even for a student, I think drugstore product is good recently.
What you really need for makeup? Complexion? Eyes? Lips?
I will give you my recommendation as a person who really enjoy with Complexion things :p
- Primer
First thing first, primer that I’ve used for years is Rimmel Stay Matte Primer ($6.99). It is the first primer that helps me to control oil around 5 hours. Even Becca, MUFE are not that great for my oily skin. But, if you have a complexion with dry or normal, I suggest you to use Elf Hydrating Face Primer ($6). When I try it, it really hydrates your skin and minimize the flakiness of your skin.

- Foundation
I might say that correct foundation is really hard to find. The colors, longevity, control oil, and any expectation for what you think. I’ve used so many hype foundation are not working for my face. It’s insane. But, If just okay, I could suggest you L’oreal Infallible Pro Matte ($12.99 in Ulta) / Maybelline Fit me & Poreless ($7.99 in Ulta) for oily skin type

and L’oreal Infallible Pro Glow ($12.99 in Ulta) / Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation ($4.68 in Walmart) for normal to dry skin type.

- Powder
Many drugstore have formulated their products as similar as high end. For loose powder, I choose Coty Air Spun with Transluscent Shade ($5.97 in Walmart)

- Setting Spray
Needless to say, setting spray is not working well on my oily skin, I think it is better to spray with water after foundation and let it dry. But if you want to give a try, Wet n Wild Photofocus Setting Spray ($4.68 in Walmart) is good for any skin type. Maybe, my skin is just one of a kind.

- Blush on
It depends on your preference. If you like having a shimmer on your blush, I suggest for Wet n Wild Coloricon Blush ($2.93 in Walmart), It has a varied type of colors you can choose, I definitely in love with their pearlescent pink.

And if you are prefer for matte blush with no shimmer at all, I could suggest for City Color Be Matte Blush ($5.59 in Walmart). It has great longevity even when you are an oily skin like mine.

- Contour
This is the hardest part. Find a bit darker shade is quite tricky. Sometimes it will just too orange, too ashy, too light, or another problems. But these products have a few options shade for you, that will help for contouring and shading your face.
Elf Contour Palette ($6 in Walmart),

Sleek Contour Powder ($14.99 in Ulta),

LA Girl Pro Conceal ($2.94 in Walmart)

- Highlight
Alright, I am not a type who usually use highlighter on my oily face. But, if you are interested, you can buy Wet n Wild Mega Glo Highlighter ($4.68 in Walmart), so pigmented and has varied colors for any preferences.

- Lip products
I am not a type of using lipstick or whatsoever, I prefer just use vaseline for moist my lips. So many products you could choose: Wet n Wild, Milani, NYX,
- Eye products
Drugstores are really great for making dupes of high end products, you can definitely search for what you looking for. From neutral colors, smokey, vibrant, and whatsoever color you like. But for eyeliner, the BEST OF LIQUID LINER is Essence Liquid Ink Eyeliner Waterproof! I think it just cost less than $5

Yes, all above the products that I mentioned are just my thoughts, you definitely can like or dislike. I suggest you to know your skin looking for before buy the product. Happy searching!
