Some Beauty Tips to Get a Flawless Face
Disclaimer: my face is not flawless. I have dark circles, struggling with hormonal acne, and problems with blackhead. This question a bit tricky which there’s a ton of complex matters for each person to dealt with. It might be working for me or you but it might not working for others.
So for having a flawless face or ‘glass skin’, it needs a lot of work!
You need to drink A LOT of water in every SINGLE DAY.
You need to eat MORE vegetables and fruits
You need to AVOID deep fried foods and starting to eat healthy.
You need to EXERCISE!!!!! Your metabolism is everything.
You need to RE-APPLY sunscreen at least after 3 hours even when you are stuck in your room
I believe the problem on your skin is related to internal organs also your mind.
And you need to remember, skin care is about trial and error. It might cost $$$ but if you are not into it, it will break you out. So, please know more about yourself. Drinking green tea or black tea is also helps to protect your skin with its anti-oxidant.
In addition, you could also cover the imperfections of your skin with MAKEUP! But, for natural look you don’t need a tons of foundation to layer your skin. You just need a bit of concealer to the spot and blend it right away. Set with powder also setting spray. Voilà !
